Soccer<\/strong><\/h2>\n

Our yearly Kamoa Football Challenge is a tournament where different departments play against each other.<\/p>\n

We also have the Kamoa Discovery Team – a selection of our employees who play against other companies in the Katanga region.<\/p>\n

Well-being<\/strong><\/h2>\n

Our social events calendar included several cultural and well-being awareness days and activities, such as dance evenings, movie nights, gospel shows, a beer fest, art and wine workshops, quiz evenings, Olympiad Games.<\/p>\n

Cycling<\/strong><\/h2>\n

During the annual cycling race we collaborate with neighbouring mines in the Kolwezi and Lubumbashi areas.<\/p>\n

Our on-site cycling workshop\u00a0 helps to train community members in bike servicing and workshop management.<\/p>\n

Cricket<\/strong><\/h2>\n

Our indoor cricket facility hosts 11 teams year-round, with increasing interest from women and local employees new to the sport. Additional equipment has been acquired and a planned double-net indoor arena will allow more employees to participate.<\/p>\n
