He joined Kamoa Copper in 2021 as a Managerial Leader III and quickly advanced to his current role, underscoring his leadership in processing operations. Dodo\u2019s career began in 2004 as a Production Manager and Shift Engineer, progressing to key roles such as General Superintendent of Processing Operations and Process Plant Superintendent.<\/p>\n
With extensive practical experience in copper and cobalt metallurgy, Dodo has honed his skills across numerous roles, focusing on operational excellence in concentrator management. His technical background and commitment to continuous improvement have been instrumental in his leadership within the DRC\u2019s mining sector.<\/p>\n
As Executive Director, Concentrator, Dodo oversees the concentrator operations at Kamoa Copper, focusing on optimising copper processing to support the company\u2019s production goals.
