Before joining Zijin, Felix Yan held senior financial roles at Luoyang Kunyu Mining , Beijing Gufeng Chemicals, and JV Zeravshan LLC. He led financial transformations, streamlined operations, and optimised tax planning, generating significant cost savings and revenue growth. His expertise in hedging and financial strategy contributed to improved profitability and efficiency.<\/p>\n
During his 11 years with Sino Gold, an Australian-listed mining company, Felix Yan played a key role in financial planning and risk management. He led ERP system implementation, cross-border financing, and tax optimisation. His strategic leadership helped expand the company\u2019s global operations.<\/p>\n
