Launching on September 1, 2025, the KCE Bursary Program<\/strong> embarks on a transformative year of learning and growth. Delivered through a strategic partnership with the University of Pretoria,<\/strong> this fully funded, one-year program is designed to equip talented young Congolese with the academic, technical, and personal skills essential for success in today\u2019s dynamic professional landscape. <\/p>\n\n Tailored to prepare youth for the evolving demands of the job market, the KCE offers a distinctive learning experience that blends academic rigor with personal development and a strong emphasis on the mining sector. The curriculum includes core subjects such as English, mathematics, science, computer studies, and mining fundamentals, complemented by vital life and career skills in areas like professional ethics, communication, emotional intelligence, personal finance, and entrepreneurship. <\/p>\n\n \u201cMy wish for this cohort, as for all those before and those to come, is to see these young people become the future leaders of this country,men and women capable of transforming their communities, their industry and ultimately, the DRC as a whole.\u201d \u201cI\u2019m excited to be part of this program, which will help me develop skills directly linked to the business world, especially in the mining sector. It will broaden my horizons and better prepare me for the professional world.
